Quiz answers
Your quiz answers are stored in your own browser's session storage so the results page can display your summary. They are cleared when you close the tab, and you can clear them at any time by using the reset link on the results page. We do not require your name, email address, phone number, or date of birth to use the quiz.
Health information
The quiz asks general health questions for educational purposes. We do not build health profiles, do not sell answers, and do not use answers for interest-based advertising or audience targeting. If you later share information directly with a telehealth provider, that provider's own privacy notice applies to it.
Analytics and advertising
We may use privacy-respecting analytics to measure aggregate page performance and conversion counts for our advertising campaigns. We do not pass health-related attributes to advertising platforms, and we do not use sensitive-category data for remarketing.
